Ectomycorrhiza

Our local woody plants form a symbiosis with Ectomycorrhiza fungi (e.g. our mushrooms). Thus, the surface of the roots is increased and the intake of water- and nutritive substances is easier. The substrates in garden- and land-scaping or nurseries do not often have these soil micro organisms. The consequence is a small survival rate (e.g. along highways). The IFP developed Mycorrhiza Inocula with various fungi for different applications:
